Last year wasn’t great for movie actors, and that’s true for Juno too. She only had two premieres, the highly praised ‘Palmer’ and the lesser known, but definitely great short film ‘The Call’. Thanks to the creator of the latter, Aisha Schliessler, there’s a constant flow of good, high quality and free content regarding this underrated short movie. Today we bring you some behind-the-scenes photos taken during filming:

The award-giving ceremony, mentioned in the title, was held in Juno’s home city, Los Angeles, on February 27th this year. In this post, we have gathered pictures from before the ceremony, made during her dress-up procedure; high quality photos from the event itself; plus two little videos:
Public Appearances > 2022 > Preparing for the SAG Awards 02.27.
Public Appearances > 2022 > Screen Actors Guild Awards Ceremony 02.27.
Here’s a slow motion video, detailing Juno’s “golden goddess” Versace look:
And here’s Hannah Waddingham’s speech in the name of the ‘Ted Lasso’ cast, accepting the “Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series” award. She literally shout out to Juno, who was present at the ceremony, but for some reason, didn’t went on stage to accept the trophy:
Here’re the screencaps from the second Juno audition tape – in case you haven’t seen it or the first one, you can do so by clicking this link.
In case you haven’t seen it, here’s the first tape – we advise you to watch that, before continuing!
This is the second audition tape, which is the same scene as we’ve seen before. The partner on the other side of the camera is more than likely Michael Angarano, Juno’s ex-boyfriend; they’re acting out a setting of some kind of family drama (?), a role that Juno never got (maybe the movie was never even made?). It was recorded around 2016 or before that, but not after. Her beauty is stunning in it, worth a watch:
Screencaps from this will come soon!
Here’re 5 new photos of Juno, 2 from the past & 3 from last week (thanks for ‘hourly juno temple’ on Twitter for the first 2); followed by a bit of a long podcast, where Ms. Temple talks about her experiences filming ‘Palmer’ and a little about ‘Ted Lasso’ Season 2:
Miscellaneous > Juno Temple Instagram > 2022
(The first 2 are obviously not from 2022, but I just can’t be bothered to find out, when they were made, probably around 2016.)
Here’s the podcast, forward to 1:31:58 to hear her speak (or click this link):
The interviewer mentions only her supporting roles as examples of her work (‘Atonement’, the ‘St. Trinian’s’ movies & ‘The Other Boleyn Girl’), but I’m happy, that he picked the ‘St. Trinian’s’ films, because those are less mentioned. About the ‘Ted Lasso’ segment, she said that she was afraid of accepting the role, because of the sudden cancellation of ‘Vinyl’.
The most interesting pieces of information about ‘Palmer’:
- She only had about 24 hours to change from Keeley of ‘Ted Lasso’ to Shelley in ‘Palmer’.
- The very first scene she had to do was her character’s last scene.
- She’s still very nervous about all of her roles, because she wants to do them as best as possible, and she transferred this nervousness of hers into the nervousness of Shelley, who’s making that huge decision.
- She does a long praising of costars Ryder Allen & Justin Timberlake.
- She tells some facts about Shelley’s choice of drug, crystal meth, that she has researched.
- She talks about the scene where Shelley’s back after like 4 months of absence, which I have described here as “the Undead Juno scene”. In her own words: “I’ve looked like a bat.”😀 She says that the behavior of her character in that sequence has been copied from a real life meth-addict whom she saw, and that person avoided eye contact as much as possible. Shelley does the same with Palmer there.
It is possible, that until the start of ‘The Offer’, new material will be scarce again. We’ll see…
As promised before, we’re delivering screencaps from the trailer of ‘The Offer’ – sadly, most of the screens capture movement, that’s why they’re kinda blurry. And a little piece of news: Juno’s been sighted last week at West Hollywood, leaving a concert held at a club called Troubadour. Not many photos have been taken, which is good on one hand, because she wasn’t exposed to much bothering, but on the other hand, not many new photos:P
