She’s based on ‘Ted Lasso’ Season 1 Episode 2, where Keeley wears this dress with white dots. Her earrings are real metal! She was made by Sarah Bee, who has more ‘Ted Lasso’-inspired Funkos & many more! And after the ‘Read More’ tag, there’s an interview with Juno, about her fan-favorite character, plus there’s a little recap of her career as well [these brackets are our additions, the cursive is her own speech]:

Some Text Interviews

These have been piling up for a while now, so let’s read some of Juno’s thoughts! First, she talks about the big screen of movie theaters for Sky News:

Actress Juno Temple says there’s nothing like the big screen.

She told Sky News: “Last year, what an honour, I was asked to be on the jury for Tribeca – we did that all virtually, I think we may have been the first film festival that did it virtually. And that was a bizarre experience as well, because I mean, nothing beats going to the movies – that’s why I’m an actress, you know? And I think that it’s interesting watching films on a smaller screen because they do affect you differently when you’re completely immersed in a room that is designed to take you into that portal that is a film screen.” (Exactly, some movies only have an impact if you watch them in the cinema.)

Now, here’s an interesting, but quite a long piece about the type of music she liked/likes, the various types of influences on her, and much more from The Guardian (the normal letters are her own words, click the Read More tag to read!):

Lots of Transmissions

Here’s a video and a text-format interview about ‘Lost Transmissions’, which just came out last week. In the video, Juno talks first, until the 04:35 minute mark, then comes Katherine O’Brien, director of the movie. Following the More tag, you can read other thoughts from Ms. Temple regarding this work of hers:

Old goodies & Instagram gems

We’ve got some pictures from 2007, made during the ‘Notes on A Scandal‘ gala screening – sadly, they are small resultion. Also 3 new finds from Instagram: The first was made this month, at the same time when the previous candids were shot. The second looks like a behind-the-scenes picture from one of her photoshoots last year. And the last one is made on location, during the making of ‘Unsane‘.

Tiny “History of Juno” interview

Juno gave an interview to the British Evening Standard because of her recent venture into science-fiction. It’s also a little recap about her life and career:

Juno Temple is exhibiting remarkable focus. In a make-up chair, in a portable cabin, clad in tracksuit bottoms and a green plastic smock, the actress is discussing her fears about climate change while three people peel back layers of prosthetics from her face.

“This took four-and-a-half hours to create,” says Temple, aged 28. Shortly before, I watched her slice open a carefully constructed prosthetic head to camera. “It’s so badass,” she enthuses, gleeful with the graphic gore of it all. “If you’re not prepared to go balls-to-the-wall with something then don’t sign on in the first place.”

It’s a hot, humid night in a field outside Chicago, where the London-born Temple is wrapping up filming on Autofac, an episode in the anthology series ‘Philip K Dick’s Electric Dreams’, to be broadcast on Channel 4 next Monday.

British actress Juno Temple stars in Woody Allen’s latest film, ’Wonder Wheel’, out in theatres today. We caught up with the 28-year old ingénue to learn about her acting roots and the lessons she’s taken away from working with some of Hollywood’s greats.

SBJCT You got your first acting gig at the age of ten – that’s pretty impressive!

JUNO TEMPLE Well, yes and no. It was my dad’s film (he’s a director), and actually I got cut from it!

SBJCT I guess it gave you a taste of the business at least!

JT Well, I got my first job independent from my family when I was 15. My parents both work in the industry, and when I told them at age 14 that I wanted to act, I could tell they were thinking “Oh shit, really?” Because it’s hard, especially for women… You’re so judged on your looks, you get told no a lot, spend lonely time in hotels, and I think my parents were worried about how that would affect me. But when the audition for ’Notes On A Scandal’ came my way, they were supportive – they said I should go and see how many other girls wanted to be actresses. So I went, and I waited in line for two hours with my best friend, and all they did was take a picture of me. The next day I got a phone call saying the director wanted me to come in and read for him, and I couldn’t believe it! I was terrified. It was one of those buildings with really thin walls and I could hear the audition before mine.

Two weeks later I was home with my mum, about to go do the shopping, and she came out to the car in tears. Thinking the worst, I asked her what was wrong, and she told me I’d gotten the part! I couldn’t believe it. But that was the start of it all, I guess.
